Who am I and what is this Blog about?

This Blog is all about collecting Quotes. When I find an interesting Quote somewhere, I will (most of the time) put it here.

For me quotes are just interesting thoughts and sentences that make you see the world in a new way... or at least they make you think.

When you take a sentence out of it context as a quote its message might remain the same (or at least similar) or it might change completely. But it still has the ability to make one think.

Me

I am someone who always has liked to read and in the years I have again and again started to collect quotes and now I wanted to continue doing that in a different way.

Facts about Me

1. I didn't internalize that you don't have to read the whole book if it isn't good until I was 22
2. My favorite language to read in is English (and neither Finnish nor German, which are my native languages)
3. I have an (often unconscious) habit of using words weirdly, or combining words that don't go well together.

Like in German; immer ab und zu (in English: always from time to time). It took me a while to realize that that didn't make sense...
