My Thoughts:

Valuing oneself and having confidence in oneself is important.

And really what or who is really perfect (in the way it is understood most of the time) and why can't we just be happy with ourselves as we are.

You are you. You are the perfect you because there is nobody else like you. You are uniquely you and that is something you can't put a value on. The traditional perfect-perfect is boring and hence the perfect you can be perfect. I don't know if this is understandable anymore, but imagine a world where everybody would be "perfect"... aargh, boring right? Perfection isn't about the lack of mistakes or complete symmetry.. it's about the whole package.
